The Internet Outrage Authority is developing its official rating system and assessment procedures.
Outrage Level Classifications:
- 🔴 CRITICAL - Immediate outrage warranted
- 🟠ELEVATED - Significant outrage appropriate
- 🟡 MODERATE - Mild outrage acceptable
- 🔵 LOW - Minimal outrage justified
- 🟢 NOT WARRANTED - No outrage necessary
